The day the tour began! After arriving at our new hostel, we met our group of travellers. Awesome bunch of people ranging from English to Canadians, Aussies, Kiwis, Scots and Irish. First impressions were great, with a variety of ages which was interesting, meaning a lot to talk about. As a group we then trekked out into the bustling streets of Delhi and caught the metro to the centre with a big parade of shops. The metro was an experience... Men and women split, jam packed and smelly! Apart from that it was great, oh and very cheap! 10 pence to be exact. We then all got to know each other over a curry. Another great meal and day.
