Another early rise and this time we were off to do the sunrise boat trip on the Ganges. Same sights but this time you could see what was in the river, I would say we passed at least 5 dead cows. Quite fitting really, holy animal ends up in a holy river. Next we all tried at a spot of yoga now this was an experience not to be missed a group of grown men and women exhaling with laughter. All that was next was to go for a dip in the Ganges, having said this Laura and every other sane person in the group just got her ankles wet, whereas myself and a few others up to my knees and the the nutters (Canadians) went all in. Later that day we visited where all the silk items were made and Laura gave in to the need to buy more things. The day ended with the best meal of the trip to date and it was helped by the fact that Crystals birthday was being celebrated. Buffalo steak is a must if ever you are in the area. All that was left to do was hit the hay and prepare for another early rise.Â
