4am start and a 6 hour train journey! For once the train was on time, although that was later to be wrong. Train got busy and packed and we were ten minutes away from the station, where we were struck by a red light. Couple of minutes went by, and by and by and by! 2 hours later the light turned green and we continued our journey for the remaining 100metres. Just sums up India :) Off the train and onto a bus until we arrived just before the Nepalese boarder. Off we got, it was time to sign out of India! 100 metre walk and we were in Nepal. Grabbed our visas and off we went! First impressions, less busy, no horns and friendly faces. I think we were all relieved hahaha! Arrived at our hotel, quick jump in the pool and then dinner. Long travel day, 16 hours to be exact! It was nice to get some sleep.
