Woke up to the best breakfast so far. They had it all. After breaky we had a 10am meet, and headed to a noodle making demonstration. Apon arrival we were introduced to at least 6 different types of noodle. Who knew there were over 20 types of noodle around the world. We watched the demonstration and took in the instructions. Then it was our turn. Off we went, with a mixed bag of successful noodles and unsuccessful noodles everyone came out talking about the place. We enjoyed a nice noodle lunch and then headed back into the town for shopping... Again. The girls had to go back for fittings so once again the guys made most of the time alone and visited some museums, markets and local stalls. A slow wonder back and it was just about dinner time. Everyone seemed tired today, so it was an early bed time. Goodnight Vietnam!Â
