Woke up to the trains horn signalling that we were arriving in Bangkok central station. Up we got half asleep and made it back to the hotel we were in when we first started the tour. So weird being back! We went for breakfast and then decided to go see the local temple which featured the Golden Buddha. Laura and I decided to have a walk around Bangkok for a bit before heading back to the hotel to touch base with the group. A few of the girls decided the mall was a good idea, which I didn't mind so off into the tuk tuks. Shopping isn't my favourite at the best of times, but when there were over 200 shops things didn't get any better. Although I did make a purchase myself so I can't complain. Back to the hotel to check in. After the three S's, shower, shave and yeah the other one we were ready for our farewell dinner. Markieee took us to this awesome rooftop bar that overlooked Bangkok and the river. It was a great background to spend our last night. Earlier today Tommy K had met back up with our group after parting with us in Vietnam. It was good to have my buddy back for the final get together. Dinner eaten and pictures taken, it was time to hit Koah San road and the bars/clubs for one last time. Couple of buckets down and we were loving it. Another great night with an awesome bunch of people. Will be sad to say goodbye tomorrow. Strolled home at 3:30am with McDonald's in hand. Perfect end to a great month!
