Beep, Beep, Beep! Well I haven't missed the sound of an alarm! Packed our bags and onto the bus heading for our first destination called Numble. This is where we would stay at a sheep farm and may have the opportunity to shear some ourselves. Hit the road, with the music blaring! Felt like proper Aussie travellers. A few stops on the way. The first one being a vineyard, were we tasted a variety of wines. Now not a great wine fan but still got involved trying everyone. Can't say I quite grasped the tasting as people were coming out with different flavours like lemon, strawberry and certain spices. All I tasted was acidic alcohol ahahha! I guess it was more suited for wine lovers, so I can imagine mum and dad would have enjoyed it :P hahaha. The other stop included a proper Hill Billy pub just outside Numble in the countryside. "How Ya goin' mate". I love it, snatched a schooner of beer and soaked in the countryside vibes. It was like we were in the Wild West with swinging gates into the pub. It was great. Beer in the belly and we arrived at our overnight stay at the sheep farm. Unfortunately it had been raining so the sheep were wet, which prevented the sheering. However we had a great evening with a classic Barbie and a beer in the outback shack. Great evening and the stars were out as we drifted off to bed! Peace. Â
