Waking up to the rock of the morning ocean was delightful! Breakfast in the stomachs and we were off out to explore more of the amazing Whitsundays. Whitehaven beach was our first destination. You know the beach, the one you see on the postcards and Google! Well it didn't disappoint! It was just like the pictures, amazing shades of blue sea, sand that was as white as anything. It was beautiful. After snapping the area we took a swim in the blue ocean and explore the few beaches around. Not to forget we saw and swam alongside little lemon sharks. Shark...tick!!! Back to the 'British Defender' and off we went to snorkel. First spot was know for its turtles and it was not wrong! Saw another turtle just chilling in the coral. It was fantastic and even better that it was in the Great Barrier Reef! That's not all, casually swimming along searching for sea monsters and one swam past. A shark!!! A white tipped reef shark, it was around 2 metres long so beats our little lemon sharks earlier in the day! It was awesome, can't really explain it in words. Sun kissed and tired we headed back to the boat, showered and chilled. Food in the stomach and here I am writing this lying in a hammock under the stars in the Whitsundays. Life's a blast! One of the best days of my life. Night dudes!Â
