Yambaaa

Good-aye mate. Hit the road again, music pumping! Proper party bus!!! This time we were heading coast-wards to experience the sea!! However we had a history lesson first. We arrived at this open plain with a pathway, that informed us of an aboriginal massacre. The Europeans massacred 28 aboriginal people where we stood. Sad times but good to learn about. Off we hopped again this time at a waterfall! It was bloody freezing mate. Tom and I headed in first with Laura and a few others following behind! It took your breath away it was so cold! However had a shower under the waterfall with the spiders and huge moths that were nearby. Not long after headed back to grab a towel and warm up. You wouldn't have thought it would take long in the Australian heat, but believe it or not, it was raining! Hahahaha this was good for the Aussies as it would prevent drought. Soon cleared up before we arrived at our hotel overlooking the beach in Yamba. Wasn't long before everyone was crashing in and out of the waves having a ball! Lovely arvo (afternoon) at the beach. Showered, fed and stocked up with beer it was off to bed. Surfing tomorrow at Byron!!! Let's go!
