New group new journey ahead of us. Today we headed to our Homestay however there was a lot to fit in before we arrived there later. First stop was a tea plantation, this one was different to be one that we had previously visited due to it being spread out across more locations. We walked through the plantation for a bit and learnt about why the tea bushes are cut back and what tea they produced. We got to smell fresh cinnamon straight from the tree which was cool. We stopped for a taster session but we had to firstly manoeuvre through the bee hives. We tried fresh honey, red tea, green tea, jasmine tea and white tea. Safe to say both Matt and I preferred the red tea and I think the reason for that is cause it tasted most like home. All tead out we were on our way back to the bus when we saw a film crew with a very British looking and sounding woman. As it turns out me and another girl at the same time said that looks like Kelly Brook and everyone shrugged us off. However after a bit of stalking at dinner we had established that she was in Indonesia and was filming an Asian horror. So turns out that Nahema and I were right. After lunch we headed off to the floating village which was so cool we got in the little rocking wooden boats and took a trip round the lake and village. It was a huge expanse of water filled with loads of small fisheries. We stopped at one of these and indulged in what people would spend large sums of money on at home. We had a fish foot spa. At first we all flinched, screamed and jumped but I got used to it and eventually Matt did too. "Spa session" complete and we arrived at the Homestay which was a cosy house with sweet little bunk beds. Girls and boys dorms so Matt was with the lads however I lucked in with the Man Utd bed sheets - buzzing. Food was insane and ping pong was played. Laters alligators.
