Bouncing to Brisbane. After getting over the buzz of skydiving yesterday we packed up and were on our way to Brisbane. On route we entered Queensland and looked out over the coast from Dangers Point. Beautiful blue sky's mixed with an awesome view of the Gold Coast. It was brilliant. Dropped down the hill and grabbed some snaps of the beach. After a couple of hours we pulled up in Brisbane. It wasn't long before a few of us headed across the bridge to Southbank and walked along the river front. Passed the Brisbane sign which was cool, just like the Amsterdam sign. We had arrived at what we were aiming for. The man made beach in the middle of Brisbane city! It was so weird but so cool at the same time. This artificial beach was located just off the river bank, and it was packed so many people sunbathing, splashing about and enjoying the sun! So different but so sweeet! After a bit of exploring we headed back and out for Sushi. Now Laura and I haven't really properly experienced sushi before so we got stuck in and order a variety of fish and chicken. Mixed opinions on the sushi. Surprisingly we both prefer the raw fish to the chicken. Couple of drinks and that was it, time to knock out.Â
